JHG to Exhibit at Homes 2016

As one of this year’s key sponsors, Just Housing Group will be exhibiting once again at the annual Homes Event. Due to take place 16th-17th November at the Olympia in London, the event provides a fantastic networking opportunity bringing together professionals within the housing sector. With attendees from local authorities, housing associations and ALMOS’s right through to RSL’s and private landlords there is a chance to mingle with delegates at all levels.

Now in its fifth year, the event will focus on a range of prominent topics, including residential development, strategic asset management and efficiency and procurement solutions. As such, we are very much looking forward to discussing our innovative approach to repairs efficiency.

Looking at increasing efficiency and driving costs in repairs from a different perspective, JHG has devised a new model which explores analyzing consumer behavior towards repairs demands in order to devise a strategy to manage the consumption of goods and services. From this, to further drive costs down and create added value, we work alongside our clients to provide a new and more effective approach to the procurement of materials and associated contracted services using an OJEU Compliant approved supplier solution.

John Swinney, Anna O’Halloran and Steve Johnson will be introducing our new approach to helping social providers to reduce repairs in a speaker slot on Wednesday at 1pm – which is not to be missed!

As the housing sector remains to face challenges, we have always found the event extremely useful for likeminded individuals to get together in a setting like this and share innovative thoughts and ideas to present new solutions.

We will be at stand H111 – please do come visit us – and make sure you pick up one of our legendary Eccles Cakes!
