Just Housing Group is Exhibiting at CIH’s Housing 2017 Event

Just Housing Group will once again be exhibiting at Europe’s largest housing event: CIH’s Housing 2017. Held from the 27th – 29th June at Manchester Central, the event comprises over 200 speakers and is set to attract 8,000 visitors. As the only event in the sector to bring together housing associations, local authorities, housebuilders, funders, contractors and advisors, Housing 2017 provides a great opportunity to mingle with delegates at all levels.

Over the three days, the conference programme is aligned to examine the political environment, whilst also exploring the economic outlook and the impact that the general election and Brexit will have on current affairs and policies. This will give the chance for the sector to come together, take stock and re-energise.

If you are attending, take the opportunity to attend our free seminar at Central 7: “Is there a connection between tenant demand and property condition?”

Led by Just Housing Group’s Anna O’Halloran and Steven Johnson, the seminar will explore the use of evidence-based decision–making within social housing. We will be looking at the use of behavioural insights, and examining the connection between tenant demand for repairs and property condition. The seminar aims to address uncertainty regarding customer engagement and data utilisation, as well as present methods to reduce responsive repairs expenditure.

Our speaking slot will commence on Wednesday 28th June 2017 at 15:20 – 16:05.

Also, make sure that you visit us at Stand F41, to learn more about Just Housing Group’s innovative approaches to addressing the current challenges faced by social, private landlords, housing associations and ALMO’s. Don’t miss out on the chance to have one of our legendary Eccles cake
