Steve’s career started in process improvement and procurement for Cadbury Schweppes before becoming a logistics and manufacturing consultant for AT&T working for clients such as BP, Grand Metropolitan, DEC, Mobil and many automotive companies.  Since starting his own business 20 years ago Steve has worked with SMEs on business improvement projects, and for the last 15 years with housing associations on value for money.  Five years ago Steve started developing systems to support better decision making within housing organisations, covering procurement, contract management, and compliance.  Steve has worked on projects in over 100 housing organisations, from Tuntum to Together Housing Group and delivered major savings and operational improvements.
