JHG to Host Workshop at NHMF Maintenance Conference
Once again, the National Housing Maintenance Forum (NHMF) is hosting its annual Maintenance Conference, where JHG will be delivering one of the key workshop sessions.
Held from the 24th-25th January at Hilton Birmingham Metropole, the conference is run by maintenance professionals exploring the latest trends and developments in asset management. Throughout the course of the two-day event, the event will focus on five key themes: Contracts, Compliance, Responsive maintenance, Managing stock and investment, and Technology and data.
JHG’s Consultancy Managing Director, Anna O’Halloran, will be presenting workshop 4E, titled ‘Using IT to support excellent customer services’. Throughout the session, Anna will be discussing and exchanging ideas on whether technology can provide the best customer experience for repair reporting. As a specialist in Behavioural Insights, often referred to as ‘Nudge’ techniques, Anna will also be looking into how such techniques can assist organisations in encouraging customers to channel shift and use available technology to report their repairs.
